Our Principal and Staff
Our team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive college where every child is set up for success.
Welcome Message from Senior Campus Principal Davina Bowen
At the heart of our school community are the values of Respect, Responsibility, and Personal Best. These core principles guide everything we do and help create a positive and inclusive environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential.
We are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued. We encourage responsibility, both in learning and in our interactions, helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Our focus on Personal Best inspires students to strive for excellence in all areas — academically, socially, and personally — building resilience and lifelong learning habits.
The Senior Campus embodies the philosophy of an adult learning and working environment. We provide a collaborative, respectful, and professional setting that encourages students to take ownership of their learning while preparing them for the expectations and realities of the workforce and further study. This approach promotes independence, accountability, and meaningful engagement, ensuring every student is well equipped for success beyond school.
Our school community is more than a place to learn; it is a supportive environment where students are challenged and supported to grow into responsible, capable, and respectful adults ready to make positive contributions to society.
We look forward to working alongside your family to ensure every student’s journey is meaningful, successful, and fulfilling.
Warm regards,
Davina Bowen
