Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association P&C or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association - P&C

Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.

Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!

Everyone is Welcome to attend the next P and C meeting on Wednesday 1st April at 6.00pm

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you about an important matter discussed at the recent P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Unfortunately, at the last meeting, we were unable to fill all the executive positions including President, Secretary, and Canteen Coordinator. As a result, there is a serious risk that the canteens at both Tuncurry and Forster campuses may need to close. These canteens are run by the P&C and are our sole fundraising activity, providing essential funds to purchase resources and equipment to support our students and staff.

To avoid this outcome, we urge you to attend the next P&C meeting on Wednesday, 1st April at 6:00 pm at the Tuncurry Campus. At this meeting, we will be seeking volunteers to fill the roles of President, Secretary, and Canteen Coordinator. The commitment is not extensive with meetings once a month during the school term and run for approximately an hour. Without your support and involvement, the closure of the canteens is unfortunately likely, which would be a significant loss for our school community and will directly impact our students.

We strongly encourage all parents and caregivers to consider how they might contribute. Your involvement is crucial in keeping these important services running and supporting our students’ educational experience.
