Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for Whole day attendance roll marking, learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office and ensure the sign into school via the front administration office.

Need help with attendance?

Students arriving late are required to sign in at the front office. Parents or carers should provide a reason for the late arrival either in person when dropping off, via a written note, email, or by responding to the late arrival SMS received on the day.

For early departures, students must be signed out through the front office. This requires either written permission from a parent or carer, or the parent/carer must attend in person to collect the student.

All full-day absences must be formally explained through the parent portal, by responding to the absence SMS on the day, by phone, or email. A medical certificate is required for any student who is absent due to illness for more than three consecutive days.
